My primary resolution? Delegate and automate so I can work less and earn more.
Long ago, I thought delegation would increase costs. Every task I delegated meant paying someone else to do it. I could do it for “free,” I thought.
I’m glad a got over that idea.
Every time I do NOT delegate, I “spend” time. And one hour of my time is worth a lot — more than the cost for an hour of time for the person who could do the task if I delegate.
So when I don’t delegate, I actually decrease my cost-per-task. My business accomplishes more at a lower cost and less effort from me.
Profit more. Work less. That’s the idea.
Same goes with automation. Business owners say they can’t afford to invest in automation software and spend time setting it up.
Actually, with the right automation tools, you will dramatically reduce your cost to get things done. And you can delegate system setup and implementation — to a low-cost employee or consultant.
