The Tragic Tale of Farmer Brown

Once upon a time, there lived a man named Brown who ran a dairy farm.

Farmer Brown owned 100 cows, all with udders full of milk.

But no one was buying Farmer Brownā€™s milk, and he was going broke.

When he first bought the farm, Brown hired a helper who didnā€™t know how to milk a cow.

The hapless helper tugged on the udders ā€˜til his face turned bluer than roquefort. But his milk bucket was always empty.

Farmer Brown fired the helper and hired a new one.

The new helper knew how to milk the cows, but his bucket was broken ā€“ full of holes. Every ounce of milk spilled from the bucket.

Farmer Brown was frantic.

He was losing sleep. Stressed to the core. Worried and wondering, ā€œHow can I keep up with the other dairy farmers?! How can I compete?!ā€

And then, during another sleepless night, Farmer Brown sprang up in bed, turned to Mrs. Brown, and yelledā€¦

ā€œIā€™ve got it. Iā€™ll buy more cows.ā€

šŸ„ šŸ„ šŸ„ šŸ„ šŸ„

One hundred cows and six months later, Farmer Brown was bankrupt, and he sold the farm.Ā šŸ˜¢

I know lots of Farmer Browns. They have plenty of valuable prospects in the barn, butā€¦

ā€¦they donā€™t know how to extract revenue from them.

Their bucket ā€“ a.k.a. their marketing funnel ā€“ is broken.
