Content Marketing Masters combines group learning (eight mastermind sessions over two months, beginning Tuesday, July 11) with one-to-one coaching/consulting so members can focus on exactly what they need to build an efficient, effective content marketing machine. Here are the details…

Eight Virtual Mastermind Meetings, Spread Over Two Months

At each meeting, I will share proven marketing strategies and tactics with specific action steps you can take to implement. This is a do-it-with-you mastermind. I’m NOT going to teach and then say, “Goodnight and good luck.” I’m going to share what I know, and then we’re going to implement. Here’s what we’ll do together:

Session 1: Story Discovery â€“ I’ll share and we’ll implement my system to discover your prospects’ stories so you can gather the building blocks you need to assemble captivating content. My Story Discovery method will help you overcome writer’s block and build a pipeline of content ideas so you never feel stuck. Includes training on how I use AI to streamline research projects.

Session 2: Lead Generation / List Building â€“ How to turn your website, social media pages, and other “real estate” into list-building machines. We’ll discuss how to create irresistible lead magnets that draw prospects in. And we’ll work with tools that automate lead generation so you can reduce time and effort.

Session 3: Prospect Engagement â€“ I’ll reveal how to create and deliver follow-up sequences that wow prospects and establish ongoing engagement with them. This will help you prime the pump so your subscribers are eager to hear more. You will maximize response rates so your content machine becomes a sales machine.

Session 4: Info-Taining Emailing (Part 1) â€“ Information-only emails and social posts bore readers and drive them away. I’ll show you how to create informative AND entertaining content – consistently and confidently. I’ll reveal systems to “find the stories.” And we’ll develop a mountain of content/story ideas – so you blast through writer’s block and never feel stuck.

Session 5: Info-Taining Emailing (Part 2) â€“ We’ll dive deeper into how to turn great content ideas into great content. Writing tips to stand out as the go-to expert in your field. How to develop your unique voice so followers know, like, and trust you – and you separate yourself from all that common, robotic content. And how to use AI to assist with content creation – without making you sound robotic.

Session 6: Events to Elevate Engagement â€“ Webinars, workshops, and other events can turn engaged followers into hot prospects. I’ll show you how to design online events, drive registrations, maximize attendance rates (minimize no-shows), and drive after-event action. Will dive deep into marketing automation tools that make the process simpler and more efficient.

Session 7: Content That Sells â€“ I’ll reveal how to sell successfully in your content – without hard pitching or prodding. We’ll define next step goals (i.e. get prospects to a sales call), and we’ll implement strategies and tactics to achieve those goals.

Session 8: Integrate, Implement, and Blast Off â€“ In this expanded, closing session, we’ll pull together everything we’ve covered so far, address specific implementation issues (via hot seats and Q&A), and prepare to blast off for continued success. The exact details of this session will be determined based on the needs of members. This will be a 3-4 hour session so all in the group have an opportunity to address whatever they need.

One-on-One Office Hours

During the program, I will meet one-on-one with you (usually via Zoom) for up to one hour. You can spread that hour over one to three sessions. This will allow us to dive deeper and discuss things you may not want to air in the open Mastermind.

Private Mastermind Community

We will interact between meetings in the Content Marketing Masters Community – an online center with discussion forums, task-management tools, meeting replays, and other resources.

Members will have lifetime access to the Community and its resources. Members should try to attend meetings live. But I know conflicts arise. So even if you miss a meeting, you’ll find everything you missed (and more) in the online community.

Email Marketing Power

My soon-to-be-released program Email Marketing Power will include 5+ hours of video training to teach you everything you need to know to be an email marketing master.
