How to Turn Social From a Soul-sucking Slog to a Business-building Blast

social media

I ran into a sad-sack on a marketing forum this morning who asked,

“Is it possible to grow
a successful business
without social media?”

My favorite response came from “NotSure2505” who dropped this bomb,

“No, that is why
there were no
successful businesses
prior to social media

That made me laugh, but it also reminded me:

I’m surrounded by business people who flock to social media because they believe they CAN’T grow their business without it.

So they set up shop on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social platforms and…

…they feel lost
and miserable.

Here’s Sad-Sack’s take: “It’s soul-sucking when you put so much effort into content to get few views, likes or follows.”

(Yikes! No one likes to have their soul sucked!)

I’m old enough to remember the ancient days when we built successful businesses without posts, tweets, and other social currency.

So count me among those who believe know you don’t need social media to profit.

But I also know social media can help — when done properly.

The problem: So many marketers do it wrong.

Let’s fix that
and start doing
social media right.

On Friday, Dec. 9 (11 a.m. ET, 10 a.m. CT), I’ll host a live panel discussion with three marketing masters to discuss…

Human vs.
Machine Marketing —
Which Produces
More & Better Clients?

This is all about how to do social media right.

Social media standouts Troy Hipolito, Phil Pelucha, Rhonda Sher will join me to reveal:

✅ Why set-it-and-forget it robotic marketing backfires.

✅ How to make human connections with real prospects — without burning precious time.

✅ Strategies and tactics to attract ideal clients and repel tire-kickers and suspects.

✅ How to save time by automating some tasks — without “crossing the line” and driving prospects away.

✅ Why quantity matters, but quality wins the day.

This event will help you escape the soul-suckers and elevate your entire marketing game — especially on social media.

So join us on Dec. 9. There won’t be a video replay.
