Behold: The Oldest Baby in The World
An Ohio boy who was conceived 30 years ago celebrated his 1st birthday this week.
(You read that right.)
Thaddeus Daniel Pierce was born on July 26, 2025 from an embryo frozen in 1994. That’s 30+ years in cryogenic storage.
His biological sister from the same batch is now a 30-year-old mom. And his adoptive father was a toddler when the embryo was frozen.
Whoa! That’s wild!
It reminds me of that song by John Prine, “The Oldest Baby in the World.”
And it reminds me of you.
