Thanks for Reading and Other Holiday Wishes…

Greetings from the wild blue yonder…

…above the southern tip of Greenland…

…which from 38,000 feet above…

…looks white.

I’m flying from Frankfurt to St. Louis.

Just in time for Thanksgiving with the extended family. 

Which brings me to the point of this email.

THANKS!

At the bottom of most emails, I write, “Thanks for reading.” 

That may seem like a throwaway line. But it isn’t. 

I’m grateful to you for subscribing to my list…

…for reading my emails…

…for getting all the way to the bottom (when you do)…

…for your feedback (when you send it)…

…and for just being the all-around great human being that you are. 

I know. We don’t know each other extremely well beyond this daily-ish correspondence.

But I’m gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you really are as great as imagine you to be…

…and for that I’m thankful. 

So if you’re celebrating the American Thanksgiving tomorrow, enjoy the feast.

Raise a glass to world peace or something else important.

And, most importantly, embrace your time with family and friends. 

That’s my plan for Thursday. I’ll get back to you on Friday.
