I love Ryan Holiday’s book The Daily Stoic, and I subscribe to his emails of the same name. Recently I began getting my daily dose of stoicism via this podcast in which Ryan reads his daily emails. Two or three times a week, he also releases longer episodes with special guests. This is a great podcast for anyone who’s interested in learning how to weave stoicism into all facets of their lives.
