Here’s what happened when I signed up for a marketing consultant’s list yesterday.

Nothing!

Well… actually… something happened…

Under the form I filled out, this message appeared: “You have successfully submitted the form.”

Then… nothing.

No thank you page. No follow-up email. No interaction.

Just crickets.

🥳 Hooray! You got a new lead.
