Bond Halbert Discusses His Dad, Gary Halbert
Last Friday, June 12, legendary copywriter Gary Halbert would have turned 88. He’s no longer with us, but his writings are, including his book The Boron Letters.
The book is a collection of letters Halbert wrote from prison (that’s a long story) to his son, Bond. Part life advice, part marketing masterclass, the letters cover copywriting, business, health, discipline, and human psychology.
Last year, Bond was our guest at the Mastermind Book Club as we discussed The Boron Letters. Also in the room and chiming in: the great John Carlton, who was Gary Halbert’s protégé, partner, and friend.
Here’s the video. This is must-see TV for anyone who wants to write better copy and grow their business.
