Pearls of Wisdom From an A-List Copywriter
My friend and mastermind partner Kim Krause Schwalm said “so long” last month to her 14-year-old dog Pearl. One week after Pearl passed away, Kim published this beautiful post — “Pearls of wisdom” that her “dear pooch” taught her. Great stuff whether you’re a dog-lover, cat-lover, or neither.
Resources / Tools
Notion for Note-taking and MoreI’ve tried many note-taking apps — Evernote, Zoho, Google Keep, Bear. All have features I like. But none is as good for me as Notion. If you’re looking for a tool to take and organize notes, manage documents, share thoughts with colleagues, capture snippets from web pages, and more, check out Notion. The free version is great. And the paid version (more storage and advanced features) is very affordable.

Rhett Miller Shares His Message For Teens – Okay To Say™
Rhett Miller is one of my favorite singer/songwriters. Last night, Melissa and I saw him live at the City Winery in St. Louis. And this morning, I found this video of Rhett sharing his story of his mental health struggles. This is a powerful video with an important message, created for the website OkayToSay.org. Okay to Say fuels open conversations about mental health. They provide resources to help people speak up, share hope, and find the support they need to start to feel better.

🎶 “Already There” by Rhett Miller
I love many Rhett Miller songs. This is the one I’m listening to most these days — “Already There” from his latest album “The Misfit.” Runner-up from that album: “Go Through You.” Here’s that song’s official video.
