An Apple App to Control Procrastinating Impulses

I got a great tip the other day from copywriter Daniel Throssell. He uses an app on his Mac called “SelfControl.” At hours he controls, the app will block him from accessing the distracting websites he doesn’t want to visit — social media, email, etc.

If you’re prone to distraction and procrastinate while visiting social sites or checking your email, give this a try. There are many similar apps for Windows PCs.
