He Waited 17 Years to Call Me
Short and to the point today.
Recently, a consultant hired my team and me to help him build and implement his marketing system.
I first met him in 2009. He attended a seminar I hosted and joined my email list.
Then… nothing. For 17 years, I never heard from him. Not a peep.
But he kept reading. I estimate he received more than 2,000 emails from me before he picked up the phone.
The moral of this story: Leads come. Leads go… unless you consistently nurture them with emails that give them a reason to stick around.
He didn’t become a client because he attended my seminar and joined my list.
He became a client because my email marketing system kept engaging him with informative, entertaining messages.
Now he relies on us to build and manage that kind of system for his business.
