I’m reading the book for the zillionth time (give or take) and loving it as much as ever.

I’m about to share a nugget from Chapter 5 where Halbert reveals the “#1 big secret to making money.”

But before I tell all, pause for a moment and think about it. What is the #1 big secret?

A great product?

Smart marketing?

Efficient production and fulfillment?

Effective cost controls?

All important, of course.

But none of those is Halbert’s most important thing.

His take:

“Money…especially big money, is most often a byproduct of enthusiasm. The money is where the enthusiasm is… When it comes to making money, attitude is the most important thing of all.”

Put that in your pipe and chew on it!

Methinks Gary Halbert is on to something here.
